Today Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01) joined Senator Jeanne Shaheen (NH), Senator Maggie Hassan (NH), and Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander (NH-02) in announcing that the “Experience New Hampshire Reception” will return to Capitol Hill tomorrow, Wednesday, June 10, 2026. This event, hosted in partnership with Granite State Ambassadors, allows Granite State businesses to showcase their first-class products in Washington.
Today Congressman Chris Pappas helped introduce a bipartisan resolution with Congressmen Rudy Yakym (IN-02), Congressman Tim Burchett (TN-02), and John Garamendi (CA-08) in expressing support for the designation of the week of June 7-13, 2026, as “National Trailer Safety Week” in the United States.
Yesterday Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01), a member of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee (HVAC) and Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Economic Opportunity, joined Ranking Member Takano (CA-39), Congressman Raul Ruiz (CA-25), along with Major Richard Star's brother, David Star and Veterans’ Service Organizations for a bipartisan press conference on the Major Richard Star Act discharge petition. The House is currently collecting signatures on the discharge petition to force a vote on the House floor.
