Pappas Launches Small Business Workshop Series
Today, Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01), co-chair of the bipartisan House Small Business Caucus, announced the launch of his Small Business Workshops series, which will bring together small business owners, government agencies, and local entities to foster collaboration, answer questions, and provide resources to assist New Hampshire’s small business community.
Pappas will host the first Small Business Workshop this Thursday, February 25th at 10:00 AM and will be joined by the New Hampshire District Director of the Small Business Administration, Amy Bassett, and State Director of the Small Business Development Center, Liz Gray, who will help answer questions from small business owners about the Paycheck Protection Program and other measures available to support small businesses.
In the coming months, Pappas will host additional Small Business Workshops focused on women owned businesses, rural development, workforce development, access to capital, non-profits, start-up businesses, diverse and minority owned businesses, apprenticeship programs, exporting, contracting with government agencies, manufacturing, and veteran owned businesses.
Earlier in February, Pappas announced that he will be co-chairing the Bipartisan House Small Business Caucus for the 117th Congress.
