Specifically, the funding was allocated through the American Rescue Plan and awarded through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS) Small Rural Hospital Improvement Program (SHIP).

The recipients include the Dover Coalition for Youth and the Raymond Coalition for Youth, each of which will receive $250,000 over five years.
