Today, following bipartisan advocacy led by Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01), the IRS announced that it would once again delay implementation of its Form 1099-K reporting threshold for third-party platform payments for the 2023 tax year, and use a threshold of $5,000 for reporting for the 2024 tax year.

Today the New Hampshire Congressional delegation sent a letter to Secretary of the Air Force Frank Kendall and Chief of the National Guard Bureau General Daniel Hokanson regarding the recent temporary halt of operations at Pease Air National Guard Base (ANGB) and Pease International Airport. The halt in operations was due to mechanical breakdowns of the NH Air National Guard’s Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting trucks required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
