Yesterday, Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01) and Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02) joined Congresswoman Chrissy Houlahan (PA-06) and Congressman Don Bacon (NE-02) in reintroducing the bipartisan Banning Oil Exports to Foreign Adversaries Act for the 118th Congress. This bill would ban China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, and other sanctioned nations from purchasing oil from the U.S.

Today, Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01), a small business owner and Co-Chair of the bipartisan Small Business Caucus, reintroduced the Expanding Access to Capital for Rural Job Creators Act alongside Representatives Alex Mooney (WV-02) and Henry Cuellar (TX-28) to examine problems small businesses in rural areas face when they attempt to access capital.
