PORTSMOUTH — A program that brings affordable internet connectivity to low-income New Hampshire residents is ending in April. Congressman Chris Pappas, D-New Hampshire, said he's hoping to help change that.
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) helps people who struggle to afford high speed broadband get connected to the internet. In New Hampshire’s First District, represented by Pappas, 17,453 households are enrolled. This includes 464 households in Portsmouth, 1,464 in Rochester, and 934 in Rollinsford.
